Coaches & Professional Development

Thinking Partners

Coaching can provide space to think through complex decisions, navigate professional relationships, develop leadership skills, and explore new possibilities. These are some of the individuals and organizations offering coaching and professional development resources for physicians and surgeons.

Coaching has been one of the most valuable investments I’ve made — not only in my own well-being, but in how I’m able to show up for my patients and my family. Early in residency, working with a life coach, Allison Roeser, helped me find steadier footing in a season that asked a great deal. After my ADHD diagnosis, coaching with Natasha Siegel helped me build systems that work with my brain rather than against it. And now, as I shape the next chapter of my career, I’m working with Qaali Hussein. Each has offered something different, at exactly the season I needed it.

Listed here as a starting point for your own exploration — not as endorsements. Every coach and program works differently; it’s worth a conversation to find the right fit.
